Since the mid 1990's Worklife has trained an estimated 2,000+ career coaches with our unique Career Development Process and world-reknowned Card Sort Discovery Tools. We continually review and update the content of our workshops according to latest career coaching trends, participant feedback and requests.

In 2007 we updated our Card Sort Discovery Tool activities, cards, and facilitation techniques and these resources were refined again in 2008 and 2009. We have new cards, facilitator's guides, and for 2010 a NEW Career Kaleidoscope summary. To update past CCCP participants, we have created a new, fun and interactive one-day workshop: Card Sort Refresher!
