History

The Worklife business was founded in 1979 by Paul Stevens, an Australian pioneer in career coaching and providing career guidance to individuals and organisations. In 2005, the Worklife business was sold to the current team (lead by Managing Director, Peter Tobin) who set about taking the Worklife brand and name to organisations - educating decision-makers and industries of the benefits that structured career management initiatives can bring to individual team members, organisational culture, and bottom-line profits.
